Teaching activity of the Department for Quantitative Economics extends over all levels of the Faculty’s program. The members of this Department in fact teach the following courses:

The scientific and educational activities of the Department include research in the field of quantitative economics, active participation in the development of teaching plans and programs with an emphasis on the link between theoretical research and business practices. In order to establish this link, the Department members are involved in a number of scientific projects financed by the Ministry of Science, the University of Rijeka, and other scientific institutions, as well as a variety of business projects.

The main goals of the Department are realized through innovative methodical approaches to empirical data from actual industrial practices, member mobility and networking with domestic and international institutions from the field, publishing of scientific and expert papers, and participation in conferences, as well as numerous activities within the Faculty.
