Adopting professional terminology and grammatical structures used in oral and written business communication in tourism in English, German, Italian and / or French.

Developing communication competence in a specific foreign language in the area of business communication in tourism, with special regards to intercultural communication.

With completion of this program, participants will acquire the linguistic and cultural competence which is a prerequisite for oral and written business communication in the appropriate foreign language at B2 level and will be able to:
- Hold business conversations with business partners in direct contact or by telephone.
- Independently read and write business letters that are most often used in business correspondence in tourism.
- Link the theory and practice of intercultural communication in the business environment, distinguish personal misunderstandings from intercultural disagreements and avoid and resolve cultural misunderstandings.
- Each program is organized in a duration of 30 hours

Upon completion of the program, participants will receive 3 ECTS credits after passing the final exam and will receive the appropriate certificate from the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality Management.
