The applicant is obliged to enclose the following documents with the application:
(NOTE: Changes are possible in required documentation as in accordance with the new provisions of the Book of Regulations)
- a completed application form
- a copy of the identification document ( the identification card / passport)
- a copy from the registry of the births (not older than six months)
- proof of citizenship
- proof of at least secondary school completed (required a certificate of recognition of foreign high school / higher education qualifications)
- a statement regarding a foreign language taken for the professional exam
- proof for the release from a foreign language examination if the candidate is a foreign language professor with obtained qualifications at the Faculty of Philosophy in that language or if the candidate holds an internationally recognized certificate of foreign language knowledge which is applying for at the exam.
- proof of the passed general exam part, if the applicant is applying for taking only a special part of the exam
- a confirmation of the payment of the costs of the seminar.
Applications with incomplete documentation will not be considered.

The listed prices refer to the previous seminars for tour guides.
The seminar price includes:
- lectures
- field work (guiding and trips)
- examination materials
- first time exam taking and
- retaking of the exam-once.
